Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

We try to ship orders out within 24 hours of receiving them. During peak times, our turn-around time might be slightly longer. Use our shipping page to determine how quickly your order will get to you. In general, most orders will arrive in a day or two. If you need your order by a specific deadline, feel free to contact us.

To cancel or edit your order, please contact us ASAP. Please note, if your order has already been shipped, return is at buyer’s expense.

You should have received an email invoice when you placed your order through our online checkout.
If you also have an account (or created one at checkout), you can login to , and go straight to Order History to view your order details, a printable invoice and your shipping information and tracking ID.
If for any reason, you did not receive your invoice via email and do not have an online account, please contact us and we can email you another copy.

All new and continuing student orders are picked up at our University Campus Store (Exchange, RMU Marketing Unit)

Yes. The RMU Merch Shop ships international orders through DHL. The Shipping cost will be available through the Shipping Cost Estimator on the shopping bag page and on the checkout page. Please note that The RMU Merch Shop is not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale. These additional charges may be charged when you pick up the item at customs or during delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the international customer to check local regulations when buying exported goods. These fees are NOT INCLUDED in any product or shipping charges.

We accept all major credit and debit card brands, along with Mobile Money.

At the top-right of the first checkout page, Information, there will be a text box labeled “Coupon Code or promotion code.” Enter your code and click apply; you will see the change this made to your order’s price immediately below.
